Topics to be discussed during the Conference:
■ Intrinsic properties of allergens, including processing, matrix, physical/chemical, digestion, bioinformatics, protein purifications and analysis
■ In vitro and in vivo methods to unravel mechanisms of (food) allergy and activation of innate and adaptive immune system
■ Allergenicity risk assessment, including current status, examples and applications (novel food dossiers) and visions

Abstract submission:
Abstracts for oral and poster presentations can be submitted via this online application form. Format: background, method, results, conclusion, max 2000 characters (including spaces). 20 abstracts will be selected for oral presentations.

Flash presentation session
Young Scientist who attended a Short Term Scientific Mission will present their work during the Flash presentation session (presentation of max 5 minutes).
